Stayed 3 weeks waiting on escrow to close on my house. Have not seen roach one. Not any insects actually. Couple of concerns I took to Jay and got a polite thanks and issues corrected. Maid staff is wonderful. Clean, comfortable, needs coffee pot! Gas station in walking distance helped there. Great bang for your buck.
We had a great stay here. Stopped on the way back to Arkansas and had a great big room with a nice bathroom and a door leading outside and one into the hotel. Nice staff and nice room
Well at first we had a room where the radiator/ac was leaking like crazy. We told receptionist who changed our room and we could go to the next one. It's nice here. I like it.
Clean rooms to clean property. Really nice staff, stayed here with kids they were pleased with the pool. Good prices. Front office smelled really strong of smoke but there is a bar and grill attached at the front. Otherwise great stay for our money.
Better experience than other motels here in mt pleasant tx. Nice clean non smoking room. I will stay here next time I am here. I like that I don't have to travel to texarcana or longview to get a comparable motel.

Rooms were clean and comfortable with everything you need - fridge and microwave, ironing board, telephone, desk and chair. It's a basic hotel but the management were great, very helpful with our reservation. There's a friendly IHOP directly over the road.
I'm staying here for work in the area and I'm very satisfied. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff is polite and helpful. I will be more than happy to stay here again in the future and would recommend this to anyone.
